State vs. J. R.G. Bexar County

• OFFENSE: Possession of Marijuana 0-2oz
• FACTS: Client stopped for a traffic violation, SAPD officer observes a baggie of marijuana in plain sight.
• FACING: 6 months in jail and a $2,000.00 fine.
• RESULT: DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES.

State vs. F.M. Bexar County

• OFFENSE: ASSAULT BODILY INJURY-MARRIED
• FACTS: Client accused of striking his wife with his hands causing multiple contusions on her neck and body.
• FACING: 1 year in jail and a $4,000.00 fine and a finding of family violence.
• RESULT: DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES.

State vs. E.P. Bexar County

• OFFENSE: Aggravated Sexual Assault-Child
• FACTS: Client accused in a seven (7) count Indictment alleging a host of sexual acts with an 11 year old girl.
• FACING: Life in Prison with Sexual Registration for Life.
• RESULT: CHARGES REDUCED, Client pled No Contest to a one (1) count third degree felony with 10 years Deferred Adjudication and 10 year Registration.

State vs. E.P. Bexar County

• OFFENSE: FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM (Pre-Indictment)
• FACTS: Client stopped for a minor traffic violation by aggressive SAPD unit is arrested for possessing an assault rifle.
• FACING: 10 years in prison and a $10,000.00 fine.
• RESULT: DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES.

State vs. A.F.S. Bexar County

• OFFENSE: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON A PUBLIC SERVANT
• FACTS: On the first day of the calendar school year, Client was observed at St. Matthews Catholic School armed with a Glock semiautomatic handgun, a large Bowie knife, and wielding an aluminum bat. Officers responded and employed their Tazers to affect the arrest.
• FACING: Life in Prison.
• RESULT: NOT GUILTY, by reason of insanity.

State vs. H.L. Bexar County

• OFFENSE: RESISTING ARREST/ PUBLIC INTOXICATION
• FACTS: College student allegedly highly intoxicated on N. St. Mary’s Street, physically preventing officers from effecting her arrest.
• FACING: 6 months in jail and up to $2,500 in fines.
• RESULT: DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES

• OFFENSE: POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
• FACTS: Client found to be in possession of marijuana after SAPD officers respond for a complaint of two youths smoking in the alley way.
• FACING: 6 months in jail and a $2,000 fine.
• RESULT: DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES
